CYPRUS VILLAGE HOUSE TO LET

Are you looking for a totally laid back holiday in a beautiful peaceful Cypriot village but in a house equipped with modern facilities and a superb swimming pool?

Old stone house to let in the tiny tranquil village of Klonari, with no more than 20 stone cottages and a 16th century church. It is set in the hills behind Limassol (30 minutes drive) and only 20 minutes from the sea. The views of the mountains from Klonari are extensive and the location is ideal for golfers, bird watchers, walkers or anyone just wishing for a tranquil get away from it all location. Klonari is approximately an hour's drive from either Larnaca or Paphos with flights available from BA, Cyprus Airways, Monarch, Easyjet and other charter airlines.

There is a lounge/diner, kitchen equipped with micro-wave, hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There are 2 bedrooms - 1 large double (with air-con), 1 twin bedded and a shower room in the main house. A third bedroom (double) with its own en-suite shower room is in an attached self-contained annexe. The swimming pool/sun terrace, pergola, and BBQ area are complete with sun loungers, so plenty of room to relax. It is in a very rural setting enhanced by olive, almond and carob trees and the local livestock of chickens, goats and cats.

For golfers there is a British run golf course (1km) set amongst the mountains (Vikla Golf and Country Club - www.vikla4golf.com), where there is competitively priced golf and a club house for snacks. Kellaki village (4km) has a local taverna for meals and coffee and also a small village shop.

A car is essential. The house is not recommended for very young children.
